Depend on Vietnam historical, the third is lucky number. Actually, have so many historical building or Gorvements in Vietnam had designed with 03 blocks. With arranging 3 blocks, 01 building block seem protected by 02 siding blocks. Middle block stayed in West-South of general project.

Based on investige result of developing project in Hanoi and housing current market, apartment units of project had designed  with flexible area, conformable and convenience to direct to current market requirement and easy to business.
